Shipping

We are sending out packages in 1-3 business days from the order date. You will be notified via the email address provided when the package has been shipped - with a tracking number (for orders over $25 CAD). Currently, there have been only minor delays with expedited, and you can easily track your order. 

For the orders less than $25 will be shipped with a letter mail - without a tracking number. Please expect major delays in shipping during this time. Lettermail may take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive. 

Anatolian Legacy is not responsible for these delays and has no further details on the location of your package.

Additional Charges

Duties and taxes vary upon the country. International orders will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means that any relevant import taxes and duties are not included. You may need to pay additional local taxes once the package has arrived at the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Email contact@anatolianlegacy.com with your order number to discuss return/exchange possibilities. If granted, returns/exchanges must be made within 14 business days of receiving the item. All items MUST be in 100% new condition, unused with all the original tags in place. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. Additional shipping costs will be charged for sending out the exchanged items.

Anatolian Legacy will not be responsible if an item is lost or damaged during return shipping. Once we have received your return item, we will then refund your credit card for the charges within 7 business days.
